So I love prawns. The problem is… my husband is allergic! So these day’s it’s rarely on the menu. But once every now and then, I spoil myself to a delicious menu.

What I love about prawns is that you need very little marinade to make them taste awesome! I use a squeeze of lemon, some chilli flakes, finely chopped garlic, some lime juice and then I’m done! Have it with some Lao style (or more specifically my own home made style) paw paw salad and it’s a delicious treat. Yum Yum Yum.
