On a beautiful summer’s day, it was perfect weather to enjoy a light lunch with a bit of a kick. Looking through my fridge I found some beef and mixed salad. Perfect! I thought. And decided to make myself a Sweet Chilli Beef Salad. I marinated the beef blades with rock salt, lemon pepper and paprika. I then made the dressing by mixing some sweet chilli sauce with water, lemon, sesame oil and whala! yummy yummy yummy. A salad mixed through with grated carrot, asparagus, cucumber and red onion with my beef on top is the perfect 10 minute lunch. IMG_0099 IMG_0105 IMG_0107
